June 2015 Favorites

I can't believe it, but the year is already halfway over!  That means it is time for my June favorites roundup!

There were many different products that I discovered this past month that have become part of my daily or weekly routine.  These products include hair styling, makeup, room decor, and pieces to my wardrobe!  I have created a video where I show you all my favorite items from the month that you can check out here.

Nelson Beverly Hills Hair Mask - I have really enjoyed this products since I received it in my May Birchbox.  I find that the sample sized product has lasted me a good amount of time considering that I have used it five times already and still have a bit of product left in the tube.  Additionally, I found that this helps hydrate my hair when it is feeling a bit drier than normal.

Batiste Dry Shampoo - Unlike other dry shampoos that I have tried in the past this dry shampoo does not make my hair feel like it has a lot of residue in it.  I really like to use this product at night, which allows the oils to absorb into the formula.  Finally, I enjoy that this product does not leave a white layer on my hair after I rub it in.

Dr. Jart Dermaclear Micro Water - LOVE THIS! This is an amazing product that can be used in a few different ways.  I personally like to use this as a toner after I go in with my cleanser, but you could also choose to use this as a makeup remover and toner in one.  I like to go in with a cleanser first because washing my face makes me feel really refreshed after a long day.  This sample size from my Birchbox has lasted me a good amount of time as I use it every night.  I have barely made a dent in the bottle, but I am highly considering buying the full size product when I am out!

White Sand Beaches Candle - I really enjoy the sent of the this candle, I have been using it almost everyday because of how much I love the scent.  If you like musky/manly scents I would recommend checking this candle out while the sale is still going on at Bath & Body Works!

Michael Kors Crossbody Bag - This has been my go to bag since I purchased it at the beginning of June.  It is the perfect size and I love the gold hardware that matches the camel color.  This bag is perfect for everyday use or even for a night on the town!  I fit my full size wallet, phone, sunglasses case, lip gloss, keys, and a few more items in this small bag.  It is $148 dollars, which is not a bad price for a bag that you will be using everyday.

Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer - This concealer is my go to summer concealer because it is so lightweight and super blendable.  I own the color 'light warm', which is more yellow in tone.  I like to use this as a highlight under my eyes, down my nose, and on my forehead and chin.

MAC Lipstick Brave - AKA Kylie Jenner lip color.  I really love this color as an everyday color because it isn't too bright or too dark.  I think it is the perfect mauve pink for every occasion and every makeup look.  The formula of this lipstick is amazing because it is a satin finish that for me personally lasts all day!

Clean Skin Perfume - I bought this rollerball in Las Vegas at the beginning of May, but starting using it more this past month.  I really enjoy this scent because it isn't too strong, but it lasts a good amount of the day.  I love to throw this in my purse because it is so tiny.

NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil - I have heard about this product for years now, but never have taken the time to invest in it.  BUT I am so glad I finally did because I find that the white eye liner on my waterline makes me look fresh and awake.  I believe that it makes my eyes look bigger than they would look without it.

Diorskin Nude Air - This is an expensive foundation, but I believe it is worth the money.  If you like a lightweight look for summer or do not like to look like you are wearing makeup, then you will love this foundation.  This foundation blends out beautifully and makes your skin look like your skin, but better if that makes sense.  This formula does not cake up on you like a heavier foundation would, but it does cover up all the blemishes on the skin.  I really enjoy this product and recommend it to someone who is willing to spend the money.

Bronzer Brush - I purchased this product towards the beginning of the month because I needed to replace my cheap $1 ELF brush that finally had its last days.  This brush is $26, which I find is not too pricey for a good brush compared to my Dior #12 brush ($50).  I like to use this to apply my MAC Mineralized Skin Finish Powder or my Too Faced translucent powder.
